The sealing pair of the hard sealed butterfly valve is made of metal material on both sides. The sealing performance of hard sealed butterfly valves is average due to the sealing between metals, but they are resistant to high temperatures, compression and wear, and have a relatively long service life.

The sealing seat of the hard sealed butterfly valve is made of metal material, which has relatively poor sealing performance, but is wear-resistant and has strong compression resistance, making it suitable for pipelines with strong corrosiveness.

Performance ourphpacteristics of multi-level hard sealed butterfly valves:

1. The multi-level hard seal butterfly valve seal is composed of stacked soft and hard metal sheets, which are formed by high-precision mechanical processing and embedded on the disc plate to match the valve seat. It has the dual advantages of metal seal and elastic seal, and has excellent sealing ourphpacteristics in both low and high temperature conditions.
2. The valve seat and disc plate adopt a three-dimensional eccentric structure with almost no friction, and have a sealing function that becomes tighter as the valve is closed.
3. Unique structure, flexible operation, labor-saving, convenient, not affected by high or low medium pressure, reliable sealing performance, and long service life.
4. The butterfly valve is equipped with a sealing adjustment device. If the sealing performance decreases after long-term use, the disc sealing ring can be adjusted to move closer to the valve seat to restore the original sealing performance, greatly improving the service life.
